Registration Updates
Online registration for all December 2022 events in Atenveldt are now closed. If you did not register online, you may pay in CASH at the event gate.
Registration for the War of the Phoenix is still open. To register online for war:
1) Complete a google form to request a Paypal invoice

2) Invoices will be sent out from Paypal twice a week during the months of December and January. When you receive your Paypal invoice, please pay it within 72 hours!!! All unpaid invoices will be cancelled on Dec 31 and registrants will have to pay regular event fees starting Jan 1, 2023.
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
Dec 1, 2023 – War registration uses a new URL to a google form instead of SCA-rs.
Dec 31, 2022 – last day to pay invoices with the discounted fee – Unpaid invoices will be cancelled
Jan 1, 2023 – regular registration fees apply
Jan 25, 2023 – last day to transfer registration to another person

Jan 30, 2023 – merchants may enter site 8am-10pm; participants who registered PRIOR to Oct 31, 2022 may enter site 12pm-10pm
Feb 1, 2023 – event gate opens at 8am
