Changes to Event Registrations

The SCA corporate office will be switching to a new membership database and event registration software. Registration for all events in all kingdoms that are in the current version of SCA-rs will be closed on December 1, 2022. Anyone who wants to attend events in Atenveldt in December should register online before Nov 30 or have to pay cash at the event gate.

After Nov 30, online registration for War of the Phoenix event at the Phoenix International Raceway will continue via Paypal instead of SCA-rs. During the final week of November 2022, updated information and a URL link to a registration request form will be posted in Atenveldt media channels and the war website.

Until then, please register for the War of the Phoenix and other events in December using the event registration link on SCA.ORG.
