Site: Cole Field, 3300 E Tacoma St, Sierra Vista, AZ (Cole Field does not allow staking, all pavilions must be self standing.)

Greetings one and all,
Come and join us as we revel at meeting in person once more. The southernmost barony, protector of the border, invites you to the Kingdom’s Day in the Park. We will be hosting a meet and greet event on the 28th August of this fine year of 2021. The site will open at 3pm so that we might have the cool evening breeze to participate in activities.
Pre-registration is required and will be open to participants who reside in the assigned zip codes for BMT, BTY, CSF, and SBS. If there are still open spaces available the week before the event, it will be open to participants from other branches. Once the registrations meet the 100 participant limit, the online registration form will be closed.
If you don’t register, you may not attend.
There will be bottled water available but no snacks so please bring something to keep your energy up whilst you swing those swords. There are numerous restaurants and hotels within 5 miles of the site.
