It is an SCA A&S publication written by artisans in the SCA who share their research and experience on a variety of subjects.
You may subscribe to it and own your own copies; borrow copies from a friend (like me!) or collect copies that others have given away or sold over the years.

You may order future issues from the membership page on SCA.org and when there is a new release, it will be sent to you in accordance with your subscription.
This issue arrived in the mail yesterday and I had time to read over it today. I really enjoy these and have several issues. Let me know if you may wish to review/borrow one for any of your future research.
