Come witness the Coronation of the 109 th Crown of Atenveldt hosted by the Barony of Atenveldt!
The ceremony will take place Saturday, November 1, at 4224 N 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018. In addition to the main seating area for the ceremony, there is additional space in the foyer where the populace can gather to visit or dine on the break. Although no feast is planned, Big Brotha’ BBQ will have food/drink available for sale. Many additional restaurants are located within a 1-mile radius if people want to go off-site for the lunch break. Court will be at the Crown’s discretion.
On Sunday, November 2, 2025, tournaments will take place at Hollis Park to help their Royal Majesties choose their champions for the Kingdom. Champion competitions are at Their Royal Highness’ discretion and preference. No staking is allowed at this venue. The park site includes a ramada with picnic tables which is reserved for our use. and stone privies with public restrooms. Additional picnic tables are available around the park, as well as many mature trees which provide shade. Parking is in the nearby school parking lot with some street parking. The park also has a playground facility and basketball court, if the youth need to burn off some energy. There are restaurants within a 1-mile radius.

- 8am Site Set up-staff and approved early arrival only please.
- 9am Site opens
- 10am Final Court of TRMs Sutton and Celeste
- 12pm Coronation Court of TRHs Khalil and Emma
- (after step up) 90 minute break for lunch
- 2pm Premire Court of TRMs Khalil and Emma
- 5pm Site Closes
Event Fees
Registration is $30 with a $10 discount for members. Youth 17 and under are free. There is no increase in price at site.
Pre-Registration
Registration will close at 11:59pm on the 27th. All unpaid invoices will be cancelled by 11:59pm on the 28th.
