Wacky, wavy, stabby, and maybe inflatable Weapons!

Greetings unto the Populace of Glorious Atenveldt!

Barmaids will soon be upon us! And with it the Barroom Brawls for Armored Combat and Rapier, and the Barmaids Competition.

Come enjoy the delights of our rough and rowdy barroom – It’s gonna be wild! Bring your Wacky Weapons and have a smashing good time! Join us and show off your skills as a Barmaid in the best little Tavern in the Atenveldt.

In addition to Archery, Thrown Weapons, and A&S classes, this year Barmaids will host the FIRST EVER Mixologist Competition. Competitors will mix several drinks, putting their own flare on each of them, and try to impress the Judges with their Own Signature Drink.

 

Special Events:

Barroom Brawls for both Armored and Rapier Combat. Get your Wacky Weapons ready so you can use them in the Barrooms.

Barmaids Competition. Come prepared to awe the judges with your skills.

Mixologist Competition. Think you can mix a drink well? Do your friends rave about your cocktails? Then you could be the winner of the Mixologist Competition. Competitor spaces are LIMITED; contact Taka Kensei to be included in the competition at TakaEiwa@gmail.com

MINI MAIDS EVENT
These are for those who are*18 and under* (chronologically) Mini Maids, dressed in their Best Mini Maids outfits, will have a variety of activities to include: Bouncing Horse Jousting, Root Beer Float Sliding, Rubber Duck Hunt, Checker Tournament, and Sheep Tossing.

SITE
Lions Park in Benson (435 N Adams St. – just off I-10)
Site opens 2 PM Friday, April 26th 2024
Site closes 10 AM Sunday, April 28th 2024

NEARBY AMENITIES
There are several fast food eateries and other restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, as well as several hotels in close proximity.

CAMPING
Camping is for two nights: Friday night and Saturday night.

RVs are dry only and VERY limited. Contact the Event Steward to reserve a space.

No wheeled vehicles are permitted to park in the grass overnight, so if you have a vardo of some sort, contact the Event Steward!

DIRECTIONS
From I-10, take exit 304 onto North Ocotillo Rd, going south. Turn onto Frontage Rd and follow it to N Adams St. Turn Right opposite W Flint St into Lions Park. Gate will be set up at the far end of the parking lot from where you enter.

PRICES:
No Day Fees – full event only.
Adult Members
$25 – full event (Pre-Register Online)
$30 at Gate – full event

Non Adult Members
$35 – full event (Pre-Register Online)
$40 at Gate – full event.
Youth under 18 – FREE

Refunds: Send requests via email to the local Mons Exchequer, Lady Keterlin (Kattra) die Fledermaus (Exchequer@bmmt.org). They are subject to a $1 non-refundable charge. Refunds will be processed and mailed by check.
