Does your group need a little income boost? Did you know that if your group hosts a kingdom event that the kingdom pays the expenses and splits the profit with your group?
The Kingdom Financial Committee is seeking bids for:
- Spring Coronation (April16-17 2022) Bids are due Dec 16, 2021
- Summer Crown Tournament (July 16-17) Bids are due March 16, 2022
- Fall Coronation (October 15-16) Bids are due June 15, 2022
Please use the newly revised Event Application Form, which includes detailed information and a budget for the event. Applications are submitted to the Kingdom Financial Committee (kfc@atenveldt.org) by the bid due date. Please do not send these directly to the Kingdom Seneschal or Kingdom Exchequer.
The KFC meets the last week of each month to make decisions about the status of event bids, budgets, etc. Questions may be sent via email to the Kingdom Financial Committee (kfc@atenveldt.org).
