Central War Practice (BTM)
Central War Practice (BTM)
The Barony of Twin Moons invites all to gather for Central War Practice, held at the Apache Junction Rodeo Grounds. As the winter winds begin to stir, the distant echo of war drums signals the time to prepare for the battles ahead. This event offers opportunities for fighters and archers alike to hone their skills before war season begins. At the archery range, the Memorial Gauntlet Shoot will take place in honor of those we remember. Heavy fighters can complete their authorizations on site, and there will be heavy melee battles, including combat archery. Rapier fighters will also take to the field in melee scenarios. Between the clashes of steel, attendees are invited to enjoy warm food and fellowship at the Soup Kitchen. Donations of soup, bread, disposable bowls, plastic utensils, and paper towels are appreciated, as are volunteers willing to help serve. Come ready to train, fight, support, and share in the spirit of camaraderie as we prepare together for the coming war.
