Welcome to Atenveldt University!

Atenveldt Universary will be held quarterly thought out the calendar year. The course instructors will consist of the Greater Kingdom Officers and subject experts. This first quarter will be presented virtually (curriculum listed below). Everyone is welcome to attend.

• 10:00 AM – 12 noon: Introductory presentations, each office will present a brief overview (approximately 10 minutes each) of their responsibilities and functions followed by Q&A
• 12:00 PM – 12:50 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM: Instructor: Viscountess Victoria, OL, OP, Kingdom Seneschal
  Class description: Team building, Roundtable discourse on effective communication.

• 2:00 PM – 2:50 PM: Office Breakout Sessions – Kingdom Officers will pair with their local counterparts for training purposes.

  Class description: Warrants, what purpose do they serve, what kinds of warrants are there and who needs one? This class is interactive with participants answering true or false questions and a prize offered to the person who gets the most correct answers.

  Class description: Marshal’s 101 class, introduction to the marshalate
  Instructor: Baroness Sigridr Ulfsdottir de Lacy,
  Class Description: A refresher on the process behind kingdom scroll requests, updates on peerage scroll creations policies, and a discussion/roundtable/town hall on team recruitment, management and appreciation.
  Instructor: Banntheign Mariette Dominique du Beau, Kingdom Minister of the Arts and Sciences.
  Class Description: Discussion points, how often and what type of classes does your barony conduct? Are you having difficulties recruiting teachers? Are classes well attended and what are the most popular classes? Reporting procedures.
