The event fee will increase $5 if you wait to pay cash at the gate and you will not be able to purchase box lunches at the event.

Subtleties or entremets are food dishes used to tell a story or show a snapshot in time or as it should have been.
Come to 12th Night and show off your skill in foodcraft.
There will be three (yes 3) subtlety competitions. One is for a Savory dish, One is for a Sweet dish and a final one is a food display only that does not need to be eaten, (but still non toxic thank you) think of pulled or poured sugar or other items on frames to support them.
The theme for this display of food is the upcoming Phoenix War. It can be phoenixes, soldiers in melee or anything in-between. Let your imagination go wild and bring the food out to show. Expect it to be eaten.
We will have prizes for each of the winner
