Known World Newcomer’s Symposium

New to the SCA? Have interests in Arts and Sciences, types of combat, or want to know more about what the SCA has to offer? With a wide variety of classes covering those topics, you’ll be sure to learn something new to help get you started in your SCA journey!

The Known World Newcomer’s Symposium is an all-day, online event via Zoom on November 29th, 2025. Join us as newcomers and SCA veterans alike from the Known World come together for a wonderful day of classes, round table discussions, and simply enjoying each other’s company! Plus the event is entirely Free!

As we are currently in the beginning stages of the event, please keep an eye out for any announcements such as when the event on Facebook is created and when class registration is open!
