Guidelines
Pre-registration is open!
Read through the following guidelines before you continue to register.
After Jan. 16th, all attendees must pay at the event gate.
Land allocation
Land will be allocated to attending Kingdoms and baronies. You will be directed to note which group you wish to camp with. If you’re unsure, you may camp in Open Camping.
- Each attendee gets 250 square feet of land for camping.
- 125 sq ft of additional land is available for purchase through Dec 31st, 2025.
- After Dec 31st, 2025, no land allocation left, only open camping is available.
Payment methods
You will receive an invoice from Paypal after completing the registration.
If you would like to pay with a cashiers check or money order (no personal checks), indicate you do not wish to use Paypal, and further instructions will be sent via email from paypal@phxwar.atenveldt.org.

Refunds
Refunds may be requested until January 15, 2026 and are subject to a $5 non-refundable fee.
Gate hours
General access to the site is controlled through a gated roadway that will be open during limited hours each day. The gates will be closed by 10pm.
Open hours for entry
- Monday, Feb. 9th – 8am Gate opens for Merchants only
- Tuesday, Feb. 10th – 8am Gate opens for pre-registered attendees only
- Wednesday. Feb. 11th – 8am Gate opens for all full event attendees
- Friday, Feb. 13th – Sunday, Feb. 15th – 8am Gate opens for day trips
- Sunday, Feb. 15th – 12pm Gate closes
- Monday, Feb. 16th – 12pm Site closes
Gatebook
The gatebook is a printed booklet of top-level information, schedules, maps, and merchants that will be at the event. You can request a gatebook for an additional $5 to your registration fee.

Park in the lots closer to the event. You can register up to 3 vehicles
