This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the ropes of merchant coordination and potentially take over the position in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchant marketing, registration, logistics, and support
• Be ready to step into the lead role if needed
• Attend war from Feb 7–16, including pre-event lot marking and post-event cleanup
• Help manage daily merchant needs onsite (vehicles, noise, pets, etc.)
• Comfortable with Google Drive, Docs, and Spreadsheets
• Responsive and communicative with Merchant Coordinator
• Help gather prizes for volunteer rewards
• Submit post-event report
