Youth Activities Coordinator
Craft a magical experience and create a fun, safe space for children and teens by scheduling youth-focused activities throughout the war. Work alongside kingdom officers to craft memorable experiences for our youngest attendees.
Volunteer Coordinator
Help recruit, track, and reward the lifeblood of the war… our volunteers! From pre-event planning to on-site coordination, you’ll organize efforts across departments and make sure service never goes unnoticed.
Merchant Coordinator – Emergency Deputy
Support the magic of Merchant’s Row by assisting with vendor logistics, setup, and daily needs. Learn the ropes of merchant coordination while ensuring our war marketplace runs smoothly from start to finish.
