We have a full slate of Youth and Teen activities designed to help young SCAdians explore, learn, and have fun throughout war week.
Youth & Teen Point will host daily crafts, games, story time, and hands-on learning, with activities primarily geared toward ages 2–12, while Teen Point offers age-appropriate programming for youth 13–17. Parents and guardians are expected to supervise per SCA youth policies.
A centerpiece of the week is the Youth Challenge, running February 11 at 9am through February 15 at 10am. Youths can pick up a Challenge Booklet at Youth Point, earn stickers by trying new activities across site, and turn in completed booklets during the Valentine’s Party on Saturday to earn prizes.
Special events include:
- Youth Tea with Royalty (Feb 12, 4pm)
- Lion Dance performance & workshop (Feb 12, 2pm)
- Escape the Phoenix scavenger hunt for teens (Feb 14, 2–4pm)
- Youth Thrown Weapons Tournament (Feb 14, 11:30am)
- Youth Rapier & Boffer Tournament (Feb 14, 2pm)
