Volunteer Coordinator

Help recruit, track, and reward the lifeblood of the war... our volunteers! From pre-event planning to on-site coordination, you’ll organize efforts across departments and make sure service never goes unnoticed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with baronies and officers to recruit volunteers pre-war
  • Post and maintain volunteer opportunities on the WOP website
  • Collect and digitize volunteer hours onsite
  • Organize and execute daily drawings for volunteer rewards
  • Maintain supply accountability and submit monthly reports (June–April)
  • Submit a Facility/Equipment Request
  • Must be a current SCA member and obtain a Kingdom Warrant
