Merchant Coordinator – Emergency Deputy

Support the magic of Merchant’s Row by assisting with vendor logistics, setup, and daily needs. Learn the ropes of merchant coordination while ensuring our war marketplace runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with merchant marketing, registration, logistics, and support
  • Be ready to step into the lead role if needed
  • Attend war from Feb 7–16, including pre-event lot marking and post-event cleanup
  • Help manage daily merchant needs onsite (vehicles, noise, pets, etc.)
  • Comfortable with Google Drive, Docs, and Spreadsheets
  • Responsive and communicative with Merchant Coordinator
  • Help gather prizes for volunteer rewards
  • Submit post-event report
  • This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn the ropes of merchant coordination and potentially take over the position in the future!
