If you’re attending War, we invite you to consider signing up for a volunteer shift. War of the Phoenix runs on the dedication and generosity of volunteers, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who gives their time to make the event run smoothly!

With our online volunteer sign-up system, you can choose specific days, times, and roles that work for you (whether that’s helping at Gate, assisting before Court, or supporting another area of the event). You can also stop by Volunteer Point during War to see where help is needed most. Sign up in advance!

If you’re unable to volunteer on site, there’s still a wonderful way to support those who do. Volunteer Point accepts donated treasures to thank our hard-working volunteers. SCA-related items, handcrafted goods, or small merchant tokens in good, transportable condition are all welcome. Donations can be brought directly to Volunteer Point during the event and will be distributed as prizes and thank-you gifts for those who serve.
