War of the Phoenix is filled with moments of stardust… but our social media team can’t be everywhere at once. That’s where you come in!

The War Press Corps (WPC) is a volunteer group of photographers and visual storytellers who help capture the magic happening across site. Whether you’re wielding a DSLR or a trusty phone camera, your photos can help preserve memories, promote future wars, and showcase the incredible events, people, and creativity that make War of the Phoenix unforgettable.

War Press Corps volunteers sign up to cover specific events, take a set number of photos during their assigned time, and upload them to a shared Google folder for review. You’ll receive simple guidelines, pick up a press pass before your shift, and submit your photos afterward.

All photos are reviewed by Kingdom Social Media and Webmin staff to ensure they follow SCA and Kingdom policies, including youth photo guidelines.
