The Barony of SunDragon is a local chapter of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc. (SCA) in Arizona and part of the Kingdom of Atenveldt. We serve the West Phoenix Metro area\u2014including Glendale, Goodyear, Peoria, Avondale, and Surprise\u2014with a strong focus on the arts and a proud martial tradition.<\/p>\n

The SCA is a non-profit organization that brings the Middle Ages to life through research, arts, and hands-on activities. While the SCA began with a focus on medieval Europe, we now welcome reenactors from all cultures \u2014 from Southeast Asia to the Americas. Our members explore everything from calligraphy and dancing to archery and armored combat. Whether you’re drawn to the pageantry of court or the thrill of tournaments, you’ll find your place in SunDragon.<\/p>\n
