Do you fight rapier, hardsuit, or do any other sport where impacts are a potential hazard? If you answered yes to either of these questions or just want to come by, then you should! Join Armiger Finlay\u2019s class on minimizing damage from falling on and off the fighting field! They will be going over basic falling and rolling techniques. And if enough interest exists, how to move with sword impacts to lessen heavy hits. What do you need to bring? Yourself! And if you aren\u2019t comfortable falling on the ground, feel free to bring an exercise mat or yoga mat for extra padding. We will have some, but more is definitely appreciated! You can either join in on the fun, or if you don\u2019t feel physically able or comfortable, you can also just watch and learn tips. Any and all are encouraged to participate in whatever way they want to! **Please note that Armiger Finlay does have previous martial arts and stunt fighting experience, but is not licensed by any professional organization and is an amateur performer. None of this should be taken as professional advice, and as with any activity, there is a risk of injury.
