News About Contact Tracing

Wonderful news from the Seneschal’s Office!

We are happy to announce that just a week after the removal of the mask mandate for outdoor activities that we have another COVID policy update.

The Board of Directors conducted a conference call on Feb 28thand it was decided that, effective immediately, COVID contact tracing sheets are no longer required. If a legal jurisdiction still requires this information to be collected for contact tracing purposes, then that requirement must be followed using whatever method or standard is required by that jurisdiction.

Of course, this does not affect standard procedures for waiver requirements.

At this time, we are still required to wear masks when gathering indoors unless eating, drinking, or making announcement. In addition, there must be a visible opportunity to read the event risk notification until such time as the Board of Directors removes these conditions.

If things happen to change for the public we will make adjustments as needed. It is our belief that with continued support and flexibility that we will be able to keep each other as safe as possible. We still ask that if you have been exposed or are experiencing symptoms, stay home.

In the event you are approached by a volunteer to enforce these few remaining requirements, please continue to show them the respect and courtesy that you would expect to receive.

In service to the dream,

Lord Edward Harrison
