New Website and OP

Greetings from the Office of the Webminister,

As many are aware, we have been without a website and OP for several months now. The Kingdom Webminister’s office was unable to fix the critical errors that ultimately took the website and Order of Precedence down. Luckily, several key people in our kingdom have worked tirelessly over the last 2 months to bring a brand new, refreshed website, and Order of Precedence.

Lord Matne Dona and Lady Zanetta Zavatta did an amazing job of building the OP, creating a mobile-friendly, functional, and useful tool for our populace. Some new features include: auto-complete when typing a name, being able to search by any part of a populace member’s name, and even search by alternate names (assuming they are recorded). You can also sort awards and offices by Name, Date, Kingdom, Who the Award Was Given By and by Precedence value. They Op team has many more wonderful features on the way, so stay tuned for further enhancements to the op as they become available.

The technical expertise and knowledge they provided went above and beyond what anyone could imagine. Lord Matne Dona and Lady Zanetta Zavatta are treasures of our great Kingdom!

While they perfected our OP, Lord Floki the Ginger, Noble Rosa Duvanova doch’ Sychevna, and the help of Baroness Sigríðr Úlfsdóttir de Lacy, collaborated and worked long hours to bring you the new Kingdom website! Rosa and I designed a new look and feel, a truly user-friendly experience to modernize the Kingdom. It now has a News feature that allows various officers (as well as TRM and TRH) to publish Articles, Missives, and Event listings. You can even subscribe by email! These news articles will also be published to the Kingdom Facebook page (and can be shared to other groups and pages from there), Twitter, and any Kingdom Google groups. Additional features will be implemented in future updates of the website. Keep your eyes peeled for a refresh of our Arts & Sciences website coming soon!

In addition to these wonderful updates to our web presence, I am pleased to announce the Kingdom now has a “Wiki” now, the wiki can be found at While we have started laying the preliminary framework for the wiki we will need people to help input data and help it grown into what we hope will be a wonderful kingdom resource filled with member profile pages, kingdom history, information about our various activities and anything else the populace might feel fits the overall theme of the wiki.

The Wiki will take time and effort from many of our populace to add and contribute to its success. While we’ve started collecting helping hands, we need as many as possible! If you are interested in helping with this project*, please email the kingdom Webminister’s office at

*You don’t have to have experience programming, but it can be helpful. We have several non technical folks helping to contribute. If you are curious about the types of things we can accomplish, you can browse several other kingdoms Wiki’s such as Caid  or An-Tir. As we say, many hands make light work!

We appreciate your patience while we worked to get our new site and op back up and running. We look forward to adding new and innovative features to both the kingdom website as well as the op.

PS: If you’re not finding something crucial on the website, please let us know at Keep in mind that the website is for current news, events and offices while our Wiki will have historical items such as badges, etc. We’re working hard to assure that the Wiki is getting updated daily and will soon be a full functioning tool for you to find everything you need. Thank you for your patience!
