Listed below are the requirements for submitting your Letters of Intent for the Territorial Nobility&nbsp;of Granite Mountain and the information concerning participation in both the virtual&nbsp;and the in person polling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must have Letters of Intent in the hands of the Crown, the Kingdom Seneschal and the Baron and Baroness of Granite&nbsp;Mountain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>no later than July 31, 2025. Letters should be written with the understanding that (if accepted by the Crown), the letters<br>will be published in the Baronial newsletter for the populace to review prior to the polling (with personal information redacted).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must include the below information in their Letter of Intent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Full contact information, for both of the&nbsp;persons seeking to serve&nbsp;as the Baronage, including SCA and modern names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and membership numbers and<br>expiration dates.<br>2.Their reasons for seeking the position<br>3.Their history of participation in the SCA and the Barony in which they reside<br>4.Their plans for the future of the group<br>5.Their understanding of the responsibilities of the position of Territorial Nobility<br>6.Their statement that they are willing to be installed with their preference of either two or a three-year warrant in the position.<br>Questions about these Guidelines should be directed to the Crown (<a href=\"mailto:crown@atenveldt.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crown@atenveldt.org<\/a>) or the Kingdom Seneschal<br>(<a href=\"mailto:seneschal@atenveldt.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seneschal@atenveldt.org<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Virtual Polling:<br>Virtual polling will be initiated on August 10, 2025 at 6 AM and will close on&nbsp; August 15, at 6 PM, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Person Polling:<br>In person polling will commence on August 16, 2025, directly following Investiture court, and will close promptly two hours after. As is required, please<br>bring proof of membership and a picture ID for polling purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special Zip Code Exception Form: If you do not have a membership address in a zip code assigned to the Barony of Granite Mountain, but<br>identify yourself as a member of the Barony of Granite&nbsp;Mountain, you may sign a special zip code exception pledge form. The pledge<br>form simply states that you consider yourself a member of the Barony of Granite&nbsp;Mountain, and promise the Crown of Atenveldt that<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>you will not cast a ballot in any other baronial polling for the duration of the term of service of the prospective Baronage.
