He will be stepping down. We are seeking letters of intent for his replacement. The Captain of archers will be responsible for all archery-related activities during odd-numbered months, while Sundragon runs these activities during even-numbered months. If thrown weapons starts up again, it would also be under the supervision of the Captain of Archery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>storing, transporting, and maintaining all baronial archery equipment<\/li>\n<li>assisting the Champion with his or her quarterly tournaments<\/li>\n<li>posting articles about upcoming schedules<\/li>\n<li>filing the required paperwork-Paperwork responsibilities include monthly reports to the KRA using the kingdom form (also CC&#8217;ing<br \/>Their Excellencies, the Baronial Marshal, and the Seneschal, filling out any paperwork for injuries or equipment failures, sending score<br \/>sheets, and IKAC and seasonal shoots to the scorekeeper for the kingdom and making sure that all waiver forms are sent to the baronial<br \/>Waiver secretary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be an SCA member<\/li>\n<li>Marshals are expected to have read both the Society and Kingdom handbooks and abide by them.<\/li>\n<li>Know the rules of the list and be willing to enforce them.<\/li>\n<li>It is recommended that they be a warranted marshal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please send letters of intent to Their Excellencies and the Baronial seneschal by August 1st<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please send Letters of Intent (LOIs) to the Seneschal at <a href=\"mailto:seneschal@baronyofatenveldt.org\">seneschal@baronyofatenveldt.org<\/a> <\/strong><strong>and the Baron and Baroness at coronet@baronyofatenveldt.org .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please include your legal name and SCA name, membership # and expiry date, contact information, and what office you are intending to apply for.
