The Crown and the Estrella War Exchequer are soliciting applications for the position of Estrella War Keeper of Regalia:

Estrella War Keeper of Regalia reports to the Crown and Estrella War Exchequer.
The Estrella War Keeper of Regalia is responsible for inventory and maintenance of all items for Estrella War. Arrange for bids for regalia and in consultation with the Crown and Estrella War Financial Committee, approve bids for permanent regalia. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate item inventory and re-order throughout the year.  The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Kingdom Law and Corpora as well as basic Exchequer functions.  Reliable transportation is a must as many items need to be delivered to events consistently throughout the year.  Excellent record keeping and communication skills are required.  This is a two-year warranted position.

In addition, a filled out Warrant of Appointment to Financial Office Form (found
on the www.sca.org website at http://www.sca.org/docs), and the documents
requested by that form, (picture ID and proof of membership), must also be sent
to the Kingdom Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Seeking new Kingdom Minister of Youth- If you enjoy working with youth and inspiring the next generation of scadians then this is the position for you. Must want to work with children/youth (ages 5-17) and provide an enrichment program at Kingdom events. Enrichment program can include activities that would have been enjoyed by children of the middle ages.

Help coordinate with baronial youth ministers and provide support where needed. You must sign warrants for all baronial and kingdom deputies. Be a helping hand if needed when ever possible at events. Report monthly to Kingdom Seneschal and Society Youth Minister. Submit annual dooms day report and submit budget annually as needed. Must work with Event Stewards at Kingdom events to ensure youth activities occur and conform to SCA guidelines.  Make allowances for event changes and support youth classes at Kingdom Collegiums by advertising for instructors on the Atenyouth yahoo group and other groups as permitted by the event steward. Be willing to submit to Society for background check to work with youth.

Having experience with youth a bonus, examples are teachers, Scout leaders, and other civic group experience. Must follow all youth activity guidelines on the kingdom and society level as well as implement future guidelines as added by the crown and Kingdom Seneschal. Must hold a current SCA membership and keep it current during term of office. Must store youth supplies and be willing to transport to events as needed. Further job duties may be subject to crown, Kingdom Seneschal and Society Minister of Youth.
