Court Reporting Form

If paperless reporting not available, Court Heralds must use this form for all Kingdom and Baronial Courts. Give completed copies to at least the Abacus and Aten Principal Heralds. Give additional copies Royals (Crown or Coronet) holding court, and keep a copy on file as the reporting herald.

Aten OP Warranted Office
Verification Form

This form may be used when asking the Aten Seneschal to verify a warranted office held within the SCA for inclusion in an individual's Atenveldt Order of Precedence record.
