Order of Precedence

Order of Precedence

Order of Precedence is a sequential heirarchy of rank. In the SCA, this takes the form of recognition of awards received, the rank of the award and when the person recieved it. In formal events, the Order of Precedence plays a part in how members of the SCA relate to each other. For example: in Crown tournament, combatants and their consorts are presented to the crown before the tournament in Order of Precedence.

In Atenveldt's Online order of precedence, a person need not have an award to be listed. With photos from a good portion of our populace, the OP works as a who's who in Atenveldt. Feel free to explore around a bit.

Court Reporting Form

This is the form that must be used by Court Heralds for all Kingdom and Baronial Courts. Copies of this form must be provided to at least the Abacus and Aten Principal Heralds; additional copies should be provided to the Royals (Crown or Coronet) holding court, and should also be kept on file by the reporting herald.

Order of the Dove

Kingdom of Atenveldt

Award Charter

It is the pleasure of His Majesty King Jonathon II to create the Order of the Dove for the Princesses of the Principalities of Atenveldt. As the retiring princess descends from the throne, the new Princess invests her in the Order by presenting her with the symbol of the Order, a Dove. This Order carries with it an Award of Arms at the pleasure of His Royal Majesty the King.
