Order of Precedence
 Order of Precedence  

Order of Precedence is a sequential heirarchy of rank. In the SCA, this takes the form of recognition of awards received, the rank of the award and when the person recieved it. In formal events, the Order of Precedence plays a part in how members of the SCA relate to each other. For example: in Crown tournament, combatants and their consorts are presented to the crown before the tournament in Order of Precedence.

In Atenveldt's Online order of precedence, a person need not have an award to be listed.  With photos from a good portion of our populace, the OP works as a who's who in Atenveldt. Feel free to explore around a bit.

Award Charter

given by the Prince to those who have been of exemplary personal service to him during his reign. This award may be received multiple times, for service during different reigns.

All members of this order are hereby confirmed as Bearers of the Prince’s Sigil, and are further confirmed with the right to fly the Ensign of the Sun from this day forward.

This order is hereby closed by the command of His Solar Highness, Drusilus, rightwise Prince of the Sun.

Done by Our Hands this 19th Day of July, Anno Societatis XXXII, being nineteen and ninety-seven in the Common Era.

The Kingdom Order of Precedence is up to date for all court reports received through Mid East Feast. Crown is swiftly approaching. Be sure to check your precedence record and get your request for updates in. If there are missing awards, be sure to provide a copy of the scroll with full text able to be read. For missing offices include the start and end dates as well as the title of the office.
