Order of Precedence
 Order of Precedence  

Order of Precedence is a sequential heirarchy of rank. In the SCA, this takes the form of recognition of awards received, the rank of the award and when the person recieved it. In formal events, the Order of Precedence plays a part in how members of the SCA relate to each other. For example: in Crown tournament, combatants and their consorts are presented to the crown before the tournament in Order of Precedence.

In Atenveldt's Online order of precedence, a person need not have an award to be listed.  With photos from a good portion of our populace, the OP works as a who's who in Atenveldt. Feel free to explore around a bit.

Lady of the Solar Leaf of the Sun

Award Charter

It is the pleasure of His Majesty King Amayot to create the Order of the Solar Leaf for the Princesses of the Principality of the Sun. As the retiring princess descends from the throne, the new Princess invests her in the Order by presenting her with the symbol of the Order, a Leaf. This Order carries with it an Award of Arms at the pleasure of His Royal Majesty the King. All past Princesses of the Sun shall become Ladies of the Solar Leaf, according to the date of their Viscounty.

The Kingdom Order of Precedence is up to date for all court reports received through Mid East Feast. Crown is swiftly approaching. Be sure to check your precedence record and get your request for updates in. If there are missing awards, be sure to provide a copy of the scroll with full text able to be read. For missing offices include the start and end dates as well as the title of the office.
